Paro Valley is part of the historic landmark of Bhutan. And became as the area for most of Tibetans in the past keep their goods. However the Paro District keeps a cultural niche of monasteries. Because of its richness vegetation, it became an attraction for migratory birds and birds that inhabited the area for longer periods.

Reinforcement through the protection of law makes it as an approximate of 14,836 hectares of sanctuary to support wildlife and eco-tourism as well. This is also to protect animal specie in the area like heron, wild ducks, Philippine hawk eagle, Kingfisher, Crane, freshwater turtles, and freshwater crocodiles. Furthermore, this area supports activities like bird watching, boating, swimming, and fishing. And the more exciting is their river cruise, in which one could witness the vast area of the sanctuary. It is perfect for a wetland adventure though necessary efforts were made to protect the area from severe contamination. And in getting there, one would need a land transport from Butuan City to the municipality of Bunawan where one could ask to rent a boat for the wetland and freshwater adventure in the Marsh of Agusan.

There were numerous and awesome waterfalls in Bolaven Plateau which was known as the Phu Phieng Bolaven by the people of Laos. The plateau range about 1,000 to 1,350 meters above sea level. The area does have fertile soils that made it suitable for farmers to have coffee plantations. The tropical sun made the land of Bolaven a perfect plantation for high-grade coffee as well as tea, bananas, cardamom, rattan, and rubber trees.

However, its past have been covered in darkness because it has been the theater of bombs in the Second Indochina war. Though this does stop the people living at this plateau in regaining their livelihood through agriculture.

It is inhabited by an ethnic group which the plateau was named after, namely, the group of Lavens. Thus, it makes Bolaven as the “home of the Laven”. They could visit ethnic villages and could buy items from them that describes their culture. This plateau is located on the Southern part of Laos. The plateau also

became the haven of indigenous tribes and there were numerous preserved national parks, waterfalls, and jungle area. Moreover, their were several guest houses for tourist to stay after an overwhelming adventure at this green forest.

Chungara is the name of the lake in Chile which has a depth of 33 meters and the 29^th highest lake in the world with 4,500 meters above sea level. And Parinacota is the nearest town at this lake. Traveling at this area is for free, no fee is required. However, the area is so arid and quite cool, even the water in the lake was so cold. The lake has been formed due to an avalanche which happened 8000 years ago due to the volcanic movement of its nearby volcano.

Chungara lake is the main attraction of Lauca National Park. This area was dominated by Parinacota, Pomarape, and Guallatiri volcanoes covered with icy caps. The area in the lake is rich in wildlife. The lake and the area near it has been known as the habitat of llamas, guanoes, foxes, vicunas, yeco, giant tagua, flamingos, and pumas. Moreover, nature lovers could also enjoy fun filled activities like bird watching, cycling, and mountain climbing at this park. And some tourists could also enjoy hot springs and camping just around the lake's area. This shows the lake as a ground for outdoor activities with sights worthy to see like those green pastures where vicunas and llamas grazed.

San Marcos Cathedral in Plaza Colon, situated in Arica is one of the attractions in Chile. Sahara has an eye before it ends its dominion at the Atlantic Ocean. It has been getting attention on every space missions of man. As it can be seen from the outer space from the sandy dunes of Sahara desert. It is also known as “The Eye of Africa” for its circular shape that covers a diameter of 50 kilometers with outer rings of land formation. However, it was named as the “Richat Structure”, a structure within the dominion of Richat.

It had been caused initially by a meteorite yet as scientists made a study in the area it had been known that it had been caused by the collision or movement of land masses beneath the structure. However, their rings became visible due to the erosion that takes place in the area. It had been also renowned as the planet's bull's-eye for it became as a reference point for cosmonauts and astronauts in the outer space.

It had been the result of anticline, a fold that makes the up the uprise movement of rocks, and a syncline which is the depression of rock formation as oppose to the anticline. The formation situates in the sandy desert of Sahara, almost in the land of Mauritania in Africa. In visiting this, you would fly to Nouakchott and drive via Atar and Quadane until you reach Richat and preferred.

When we talk of lakes, what comes first in our minds is that is an area of water surrounded by a land mass. It became an area of water caught amidst a thick land mass. However, there were several lakes that were sprouting in areas where there is an outlet for lava. Hot surfaces especially in the Pacific Ring of Fire can be found almost all the concentration of active volcanoes in the world.

In Antarctica, where their has been the abundance of glaciers, exists a lake that lies beneath a glacier. A thickness of 13,000 feet glacier cover its surface. Yet the lake itself is just an approximate of 1,130 feet. However, its glacier is a struggle for scientist to explore even its free flowing water. Its names is Lake Vostok. Vostok in Russian means East. It is primarily named by the Russians just below their Vostok Station. However, Lake Vostok was the largest lake in Antarctica.

Explorations have been made but precautionary measures have been employed to protect it from environmental damage. Damage that may alter life forms and contaminate the lake. It is believed that its waters, not the frozen sheet of ice above it, are formed due to the existence of a geothermal heat beneath the lake which melts the surrounded ice sheets. Life forms may exist at this oxygen rich environment. Moreover, subglacial lakes were prominent in areas not just in Antarctica but also in Iceland.
